Following are the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about our products and support services.

What Hardware required to host PiTribe ERP by the customer?

Nothing. Our valued customers of PiTribe ERP do not need any server or other hardware to host or deployment of servivces.

What Hardware required to use PiTribe ERP?

Usual. PiTribe ERP is used through web browser and our valued customers and their employees or co-workers use our services on their desktop, laptop, palmtops or tablets etc. with 2GB of RAM or more.

PiTribe ERP is cloud based?

Yes. PiTribe ERP is cloud based. You don't need to maintain servers or other IT infrastructure. After setup, you just need starting the PiTribe ERP.

How long this takes to setup ERP?

A day or less. Once the payment received by our valued customers, The Setup takes a day or some times less depending upon how many modules/solutions you subscribed. And you are ready to use.

How my employees get trained

There are two types of training programs.

  1. Online training via Skype
  2. On-site training by physically visiting the venue arranged by our valued customers.

What are the expenses of On-site training

Free. There is no seperate fee for on-site training. Our valued customers decide the training venue anywhere other than disuputed territories in the world where both parties agree. The visa, travel to the venue and accommodation (Complete expenses) during the training will be paid by the customer.

How long it take for training

This depends how much time is scheduled by the customers daily. Following is the distribution of total time for sessions required.

  1. 4 hours of users' group session(s)
  2. 4 hours of individual or team session(s) depending what module/solution is being used by the person or team.
  3. About a week presence to assist on need basis

PiTribe ERP offers discounts?

Yes. On payment for a year up front, you will get two months free. Discounts also offered for educational, non-profit organizations and government departments.

What are support mediums?

Our valued customers contact us through their subscribed medium. PiTribe offers email, ticketing portal and social media message or call, or phone calls.

How support works?

Our valued customer create a support ticket on our support center portal or send text message or call via provided mediums. Our support person will assit you with reply

What is one-time fee is not same for all plans

We allocate resources for our valued customers. The one-time fee is according to plan as different plans require different amount of resources.

One-time fee to be paid if the service are resumed

No. You don't need to pay one-time fee again if your suspended the services and resumed within a year.

Can the payments made in installments

Yes. Our valued customers can pay the amount in installments

What if we upgrade the plan

You will have to pay the difference of the setup fee and other monthly subscription fees will be charged as per your new plan.

What if a customer have to suspend the service

You will have to give 3 months prior notice before suspending services.

What if a customer to resume the service

Email. Our valued customer will have to send email, the services will be immediately resumed, subject to payment balances.

How to make payments

Bank Account. Our valued customers can submit their payment to one of the given bank account, mentioned via email.
